Beginning your Music Video
OK Guys we are all ready now to begin your Music Video preparations:
Today we are getting into our groups of 3 or 4.
Last lesson you chose 3 songs/ artists each that YOU really liked.
NOW YOU WILL NEED TO:
Create a spider chart of FOUR STYLES/ GENRES of these artists
Choose ONE STYLE / GENRE to take forward
Now list FOUR artists from this style/ genre
Collect • visuals • stills • video clips • album covers • posters
• marketing costs • revenue • popularity • statistics
to show research and analyse what you find.
Be reflective in your thoughts please, use correct terminology and media language.
All of this information can be placed in an Individual folder
"Your name, A2 group blog info"
on your desktop ready to go on your group blog.
You will set up a group blog page with Mr Dougan on 15th October 2014.
Call your Blog "A2 Group 1, 2, 3 Music Video BLOG"
As an extension piece I would really recommend creating a PREZI of all the data you as an individual have gathered today and pop it onto your individual blog, maybe with a voiceover.
This will advance your marks to reach A*,A & B grades
